If for any reason your order does not fully meet your expectations, you may return the item in its unworn, unwashed, and original state (with all brand tags intact) within 180 calendar days of receipt for a full refund back to your initial payment method or a seamless exchange.

Simple 4-Step Return Process

• Step 01 | Submit Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via service@glowskinhuc.com with your order number and item details to obtain return authorization.

• Step 02 | Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items along with your original order receipt. If the outer shipping box is missing, please ensure the package is safely sealed according to standard courier guidelines (USPS / FedEx / UPS).

• Step 03 | Dispatch & Handover

  Attach your authorization shipping label securely onto the box, ensuring any outdated barcode labels are completely covered or removed. Drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• Step 04 | Processing & Resolution

  Upon warehouse arrival, our team will verify the contents and notify you via email. Standard refunds or exchanges will be processed back to your original payment account within 7 business days.

Clear Items & Final Sale Policy

• Standard Purchases: Eligible for a complete refund, store credit, or direct size/item exchange within the 180-day window.

• Clearance / Promotional Items: Discounted items qualify for store credit or exchange only. Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
